Webmention

Webmention is a W3C The World Wibe Web Constortium develops standards and guidelines to help everyone build a web based on the principles of accessibility, internationalization, privacy and security. recommendation designed to be a simple way to notify any URL when you mention it on your site. From the receiver’s perspective, it’s a way to request notifications when other sites mention it. The specification was contributed to the W3C from the IndieWeb community.
